Jewel HOA representative speaks at Kiwanis

Kiwanis President Tom Kregel welcomed Greg Myers to a recent meeting to discuss his involvement with the Jewel Home Owners Association (HOA).
Greg and his wife moved from Golden Valley and built a home in the Jewel Development in 2022. He explained that there are 13 separate HOA’s in different Jewel neighborhoods each with a president and board that deal with their issues.
Also there is a master HOA that deals with the issues that affect the whole development.
