Johnny Appleseed Day planning meeting planned

The next planning meeting for Johnny Appleseed Day 2017 is Monday, Aug. 16, at Port 104.
People with ideas about the Oct. 7 festival or who would like to help are encouraged to attend.
Volunteers, sponsors and organizers are being sought for a pedal tractor pull and a craft show.
Organizers are looking for farmers and gardeners willing to donate cornstalks and pumpkins to decorate the town, as well as individuals or groups to help decorate.
