Kiwanians honor retiring Hok-Si-La Park manager

The Lake City Kiwanis Club at a recent weekly luncheon general membership meeting, held at the Port 104, made a presentation and acknowledgement with a certificate of appreciation to Hok-Si-La Park manager Joanne Klees, who is retiring this year.
