Kiwanis Club hears from foreign exchange student Juliette Fosse

Exchange student Juliette Delfosse, from Belgium, is pictured with Kiwanian Al Lecaptain who came from a Belgian area in rural Wisconsin near Green Bay.
Juliette told us Belgium is a prosperous country one sixth the size of Minnesota with a population of about 11 million people that is governed through a parliamentary system with a king who is involved but has little power. The languages used there are French, German and Dutch.
