Lake City is full of interesting people of all ages. Kiwanis was privileged to meet and hear from Art Howard.
Art showed us what a vital octogenarian adventurer is all about.
He spoke about the adventure of he and his wife motoring his sailboat from Lake City to the Gulf of Mexico with the help of extensive planning. Below Saint Louis there are no ports to stop at to buy fuel and provisions as in a wilderness.
