Lake City among coop’s Operation Round-up grant recipients

The City of Lake City received a $400 grant from People’s Energy Cooperative Operation Round Up Trust Board recently.
The grant, which will help fund the purchase of an awning for the Lake City public swimming pool, was one of $23,840 in grants awarded by the board this quarter.
City Public Works Director Scott Jensen said the city is purchasing two awnings for the pool at a total cost of $12,000.
