Lake City Family Physicians becomes Olmsted Medical Center - Lake City
Lake City Family Physicians will become Olmsted Medical Center’s (OMC) newest branch clinic today (Thursday, Dec. 28), according to a news release.
Officially called Olmsted Medical Center—Lake City, this will bring to 11 the number of branch clinics in Southeastern Minnesota where OMC provides healthcare.
Patients in the Lake City area will continue to receive care from Douglas Pflaum, MD, and Thomas Ziebarth, MD, as well as from Crystal Boe, APRN, CNP, and Jennifer Hust, APRN, FNP-C.
