Lake City to look at new home for ambulance, police and emergency management
The City Council wants more details on what it would cost to build a new police, ambulance and emergency management building.
The council instructed staff on Monday night to get specifics about a proposal for a new public safety building in North 10th St.
Monday night’s council meeting was attended by new city Administrator Mark Sievert who took over the position Monday.
Sievert addressed the council briefly at the end of the meeting saying he wanted to meet with each council member individually to learn more about what their goals and concerns for the city were.
