Lake City man among six honored for assisting heart attack victim

Two months after helping save the life of a St. Charles woman who had collapsed while attending her granddaughter’s seventh grade girls basketball game in Wabasha, the rest of that group involved were honored at the Wabasha-Kellogg (W-K) School Board meeting last Wednesday evening.
