Mac Becco, the communications director for the Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance, talked about their mission to improve water quality, habitat, and accessibility of the lake at the Rotary Club’s March 2 meeting.
The Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance (LPLA) was founded in 2009 by a group of neighbors in Wacouta Bay after concerns of build-up of sedimentation development.
