Legion baseball wins 15-5 over Spring Grove
Lake City American Legion Post 110 beat Spring Grove 15 to 5 in 6 innings on Thursday June 30.
Lake City scored 9 runs in the 1st inning as they sent 14 batters to the plate. Parker Rodman, Riley Forbes, and Ethen Brunkow all had 2 RBI singles to highlight the inning.
Spring Grove scored a run in the 4th inning.
Lake City scored another run in the 4th inning to maintain the nine-run lead.
Spring Grove scored 4 runs in the top of the 6th to make it a 10 to 5 game.
