Library friends celebrate with big donation

The Friends of the Lake City Library met on Dec. 8 at the Railhouse Grill for their annual holiday party.
Twenty-eight members attended and they presented a check in the amount of $6,180 to Patti Bross, Library Director.
This represented proceeds from the Junk Crush Book Sale in September, the Give to the Max donations with matching funds from the Friends, and the Library Basket Raffle.
