Library friends offer $5,000 match on 'give to the max day'
Thursday, Nov. 12, is “give to the max” day in Minnesota, and the Friends of the Lake City Public Library are encouraging donations to the library’s building fund with an offer to match the first $5,000 worth of donations to the library that day. People who want to participate in the match offer can donate online at www.givemn.org/organization/Friends-Of-The-Lake-City-Public-Library or drop cash or a check off at the library, 1215 N. 7th St., Lake City.
