Lions seek volunteers for meal deliveries
The Lake City Lions Club is looking for additional drivers to deliver meals to Lake City residents for the Home Delivered Meals program.
Drivers deliver meals weekdays starting at 4:30 p.m. The time to deliver a route in the city is less than one hour per day.
Drivers deliver for the full week three times per year. Twenty-seven drivers participate at this time, but as drivers have aged, some have had to drop out, so additional drivers are needed.
