Local artists get SEMAC grants

Two Lake City area artists—Kate Bauman and Dawn Mikkelson—are among the recipients of individual artists grants announced the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council on March 11.
Kate Bauman received a $5,000 Advancing Artist Grant for “Surfaces for Sculptural Clay Forms.”
