Local Pheasants Forever re-organizational meeting is Jan. 16

The Wabasha County Chapter of Pheasants Forever is looking for people who want to join the chapter to improve wildlife habitat and get area youth outdoors pheasant hunting and target shooting.

A meeting to discuss restarting chapter programs will be held on Monday, Jan. 16, starting at 7 p.m. at the Lake City Sportsman Club. The club is located at 2200 South Oak Street in Lake City.

The chapter was started several years ago, but has been relatively inactive in recent years, according to a news release.
