A lovely day for a Dead Run

It was a nice day for a Dead Run along the River Walk Saturday, Oct. 18, and zombies, mummies, skeletons, witches and pumpkins were all in attendance for the Fall Fest 5K fun run.

“We could not have asked for better weather! It was perfect,” Organizer Jenn Cobb said. “I know that the runner that came in first was an 8th grader from Wabasha. I talked to a man from St Charles who had never been to Lake City before and was so impressed with how beautiful it is.
