Lupton brought pioneering spirit to Walking Lake Pepin

Frank Lupton, one of the original organizing committee members of the Walking Lake Pepin (WLP) summer walking challenge, passed away Wednesday, March 10, with his family and wife Yvonne by his side.

Frank was an unbending supporter of WLP. As one member of WLP said, “WLP may not have survived all these many years without the enthusiasm, promotion and love Frank gave to this community walking event. If you were lucky enough to meet him on the River Walk he would invite you to join the walking group and talk your ear off about most anything.”
