Due to a schedule conflict, the Spark women’s networking group presentation for Monday, March 6 has been changed.
All women are invited to attend the “Make it OK” presentation by Anita Otterness and Lisa George of St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Wabasha.
“Make It OK” is an anti-stigma campaign that was created to encourage individuals to talk more openly about mental illnesses. Proponents say that by breaking the silence, people can help their friends, neighbors, loved ones, and colleagues feel understood and supported.
