Mann, McElmury win ExCEL awards
This year’s ExCEL award winners from Lincoln High School are Kylie Mann, daughter of Mary Mann and Andy Mann; and Alec McElmury, son of the late Michelle McElmury and Bill McElmury.
The ExCEL award is sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League and represents Excellence in Community, Education and Leadership, according to a news release. The league annually recognizes high school juniors who are active in athletic and fine arts activities; who demonstrate leadership qualities; and who are model citizens in their local communities.
