Marcie Rendon book talk is Oct. 12 at the library

The Lake City Public Library invites the public to a book talk led by award-winning Minnesota author Marcie Rendon.

This event, sponsored by the Lake City Friends of the Library, takes place on Thursday, Oct. 12, at 6:30 p.m.

Marcie Rendon is an enrolled member of the White Earth Nation Band of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, an award-winning author, playwright, poet, freelance writer, and community arts activist. She will discuss her writing, particularly her Cash Blackbear series of novels.
