Marina begins launching boats

Boats have begun occupying slips in the harbors at the Lake City Marina.
Marina Administrator Jeff Brand said the marina began launching some early bird boats on Friday, April 12.
Owned and operated by the City of Lake City, the Lake City Marina has 635 slips. It also hosts roughly 80 seasonal trailer residences on Marina Point, and provides on-site winter storage for many of the boats in the harbor.
