Market by the Lake opens 2023 season
Lake City Market by the Lake opened its 26th market season ceremoniously on June 15 with the VFW honor guard.
Hundreds descended on Ohuta Park to enjoy live music from local favorite Shawn Ogden and shop at booths from both new and familiar vendors.
Fresh produce, locally sourced meats, farm-fresh eggs, delectable baked goods, artisanal fruit preserves, handcrafted woodwork items, jewelry, as well as a Goodhue County Master Gardener demonstration were available.
There were several food trucks as well.
