Mayor Nichols institutes 'minute'

As part of his first Lake City City Council meeting as mayor, Mark Nichols asked his fellow council members to share something positive about the city during an agenda item called the “Mayor/Councilmembers Minute.”
Russell Boe praised the city’s ice skating rink.
Randy Klipfel said city crews have kept city streets in good shape.
Mary Lou Waltman agreed.
“People are impressed with how neat and clean our community is,” she said.
