McCoy wins Spirit of America award at pageant

Alexis McCoy of Lake City competed in the state competition for National American Miss and earned a chance to compete at nationals in Orlando, Fla., over Thanksgiving weekend.
McCoy placed in the top 10 of the state competition. She was first runner up in top model, first runner up in the art contest, and she earend the Spirit of America award.
