Moms raise awareness of childhood cancer

Each year there are nearly 390,000 childhood cancer survivors in the United States and Kenedi Breyfogle and Natalie Swanson of Lake City are two of those survivors.  Meet this week’s childhood cancer survivor story, Kenedi Breyfogle. Kenedi is your average four-year-old who loves to play soccer, dance, hang out with her siblings, and sing at the top of her lungs. And if you saw her, you’d never know that she is also a nearly four -year survivor of childhood cancer. Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) to be exact.
