New ‘Famous Names’ doc premieres on new historical society YouTube channel

The Lake City Historical Society is debuting a new documentary along with a new way to watch it and other local history videos.
“Famous Names of Lake City, Volume 2” is one of a handful of videos on the Lake City Historical Society’s new YouTube Channel.
Ben Threinen, who directed the 42-minute documentary and its predecessor, said that when the project began four years ago, the intention was to release it on DVD.
