Nurse offers tips for breast feeding success

Balancing work and family life, including breastfeeding, is increasingly necessary for a vibrant workforce. Supporting women in the workplace so that they can continue to breastfeed benefits both the employer and society. Employers see increased productivity and society sees healthier families.

So what do breastfeeding moms need to succeed in the workplace? They need time, space and support.
