Oil pipeline talk is Dec. 3 in Lake City

Lake City Catholic Worker Farm will host a talk about the Line 3 oil pipeline on Sunday Dec. 3, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A potluck will follow.

The event will be at Lake City Catholic Worker Farm unless interest is high, in which case it might be moved elsewhere in Lake City.

Hennessey Beaulieu of and Stuart Perkins of the Red Lake Band of Ojibwe will speak on issues of land use and the environment as they relate to the the pipeline being constructed across northern Minnesota.

There is no charge but donations will be collected.
