Pandemic cookbook lands Rotary Club on Wall Street Journal’s front page

Rare is the cookbook that gets written up in the Wall Street Journal. Even rarer is the one that lands on the front page.

But the Lake City Rotary Club managed to do just that.

It’s 2020 cookbook, “The Great 2020 Pepin Pandemic Cookbook,” was used to exemplify what the Journal article suggests was a boom in cookbook publishing spurred by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The article’s print headline “Lockdowns Are Over, but We’ll Always Have the ‘Quarantini’” is a reference to one of the recipes in the Rotary’s book.
