'Pantie Raid' to help women's shelter

During the weekend of Martin Luther King Day, Jan. 15-17, you’ll be able to get a fat quarter for a package of panties at Pumpkinberry Stitches in downtown Lake City.

The Saturday before Martin Luther King Day is a National Day of Service and to commemorate the combined occasions, the Lake City quilt shop and shops around the country are giving customers a way to serve.
