Pass It On helps early Head Start Program

The Pass It On Thrift Shop in Lake City was the setting for a financial donation to Three Rivers Community Action on March 3.

Shop manager/volunteer Kathy Rehfeldt presented a donation of $5,000 to Three Rivers worker Laurie Secrist.

The donation will help the work of the Wabasha/Goodhue Early Head Start program, which serves infants and toddlers under 3 years of age as well as pregnant women. The program provides intensive, comprehensive child development and family support services to low income children, families and expectant mothers.
