Pastor returns to celebrate anniversary

The community is invited to attend the second of three 150th anniversary services at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Frontenac this Sunday, June 19 at 10 a.m. The guest preacher will be former pastor Rev. Christopher Hoppe. He currently serves as Youth Ministry and Evangelism Pastor at First German Lutheran Church in Manitowoc, Wis.
Gary Steffenhagen of Eau Claire, Wis., a son of St. John’s, will serve as organist. Pastor Stephen Kurtzahn will lead the service.
