Pheasants Forever chapter makes seeder available for pollinator plots
The Wabasha County Chapter of Pheasants Forever is offering assistance to property owners who want to create pollinator plots on their land.
A newly-purchased Plotmaster seeder is available to borrow, and the chapter can provide financial assistance for seed purchases and consult on the seeding itself. It’s transported on a trailer supplied by Smitty’s Marine modified to carry the seeder.
Plots can vary in size from less than an acre to several acres, according to Doug DeRoos, chapter president.
