Powers announces campaign for county board

Rick O. Powers has announced that he is running to be Wabasha County Commissioner for District 2.
Powers said he is a lifelong resident of the Lake City area. He owns and operates Powers Construction and General Repair in Lake City, which opened for business in 1986.
District 2 includes the townships of Mount Pleasant, Lake, Pepin, Glasgow, West Albany, Gillford, and Chester.
Brian Goihl is the current county commissioner for District 2.
