Program will show how to prepare healthy meals in small quantities

The Lake City Public Library (LCPL) invites the public on Thursday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m., to join Mayo Clinic health professional Amanda Halls, RD, LD, to learn tips, tricks, and benefits of how to create healthy meals in small quantities, according to a news release.

“Amanda will address how to successfully plan ahead as well as buy and cook in bulk. She will also discuss which friendly kitchen tools are a must. All attendees will receive copies of several delicious and easy-to-make recipes,” the library said.
