Prom in the park

Lincoln High School held the grand march portion of its prom in Patton Park Saturday, and Principal Greg Berge was effusive in his description of the event to the school board on May 17.

“It was amazing. Probably the neatest grand march you could have. It really felt like a promenade,” he said. “If the weather was nice I think we would look to do that there each year.”

After the grand march, the students took a boat excursion on the St. Croix River.
