Public invited to ‘meet the father of water skiing’ at documentary premiere

The new film, “Ralph Samuelson: The Father of Waterskiing,” will make its debut on Tuesday, June 21 at 7 p.m., in the Lincoln High School Auditorium. Questions and conversation with filmmaker Ben Threinen will follow the film. Everyone – young and old, residents and visitors—is welcome to come and “meet” Samuelson, the Lake City kid who made history on Lake Pepin.

A suggested donation of $10 per adult is encouraged, but not required, with all proceeds benefiting the Lake City Historical Society. Kids are free.
