Public Works Director placed on leave
Lake City Public Works Director Scott Jensen has been placed on leave, according to City Administrator Rob Keehn.
The city’s personnel committee, a subcommittee of the city council, was scheduled to meet in an emergency meeting today (Thursday) to discuss a potential separation agreement for the entire council to consider.
Jensen is one the city’s longest tenured department heads. He oversees its three public works divisions: streets and parks, water and wastewater utility, and electric utility.
