Report: Tow boat headed for St. Paul

The commercial navigation season appears about to begin.
According to the app “MarineTraffic,” the Motor Vessel Neil N. Diehl was just downriver from Weaver, Minn., destined for St. Paul on March 22.
It’s 34 meters wide and 227 meters long, according to the app.
