Retired doc honors for 'significant contributions to healthcare'

A Lake City resident has received the 2018 Shotwell Award.
Macaran Baird, M.D., received the award at the Jan. 8, annual meeting of the Abbott Northwestern medical staff.
The Shotwell Award is presented annually to a person within the state of Minnesota who has made significant contributions in the field of health care.
