Scouts will bring community’s donations to the food shelf

Lake City Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts will be “Scouting for Food” the morning of Saturday, Nov. 22.

This annual food drive makes it convenient for Lake City residents to have their donations delivered directly to the local food shelf. Please consider bagging or boxing non-perishable grocery items and setting them by your front door or porch by 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. The Scouts will canvas the town, collecting the bags and boxes which have been set out and bringing them to our local food shelf.
