SEMMCHRA offers $10,000 homebuyer assistance

Funding is available now for individuals who are interested in buying a home in Goodhue County (excluding the city of Red Wing), according to the Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA).
Qualified homebuyers, who meet established income limits (1-2 person – $93,100; 3-plus people – $107,000), will receive $10,000 to be used towards their down payment and closing costs.
