Senior wellness fiar to be at The Bluffs
People can beat the winter blues by visiting The Bluffs of Lake City for a Senior Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, Dec. 14, with a special fall-prevention seminar.
The Senior Health and Wellness Fair will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with a variety of service providers from the surrounding area. At 1 p.m. Debbie Hanka, PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA, Clinical Program and Education specialist from Centrex Rehab will be presenting on ways to remain active, independent and fall free.
