Sequel to popular Tai Ji Quan program coming to wabasha

Adults of all ages and abilities – especially those concerned about their risk of falling – are encouraged to participate in an upcoming evidence-based fall prevention exercise program.

Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance will be offered in Wabasha as part of a county-wide senior health improvement initiative.

Tai Ji Quan is a 12-week, 24-session program that offers many health benefits and teaches participants balance skills, body alignment, and coordinated (swing and sway) movements to increase muscle strength, flexibility, mobility.
