Social services offer drop-in availability
Wabasha County Social Services now offers drop-in availability for current clients and members of the public seeking information about public assistance programs twice a month at the Plainview Public Library, 345 First Ave. NW, Plainview.
Drop-ins will be available at the library office booth on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
“Stop in and speak with an eligibility worker. No appointment necessary,” the department said in a news release.
