Spreading love one cup at a time
A group of local friends and neighbors came together in early July with a simple idea and big hearts — setting up a lemonade stand along Goodhue County Road 5 to raise money for the Peters Memorial Fund.
They set a goal of $200, and thanks to the kindness of everyone who stopped by, they exceeded it — raising $204 in just one day!
These young community members chose to donate the funds in memory of Josh Moechnig Jr., requesting the money go toward helping his family during this difficult time.
