This springtime, think trees

There is something special about walking through a neighborhood shaded by trees planted by the very people who call Lake City home. Trees don’t just beautify our town. They cool our streets during hot summer days, provide shelter for birds and other wildlife, provide a visually welcoming environment and at the same time clean the air while manufacturing oxygen and sequestering carbon dioxide.
