St. Mark’s donates $2,000 to Packing for the Weekend
We are fortunate to have an organization in Lake City that provides weekly assistance to our families. This organization is Packing for the Weekend, a service that exists in communities throughout the United States.
We are fortunate that this program exists here in Lake City. The group is entirely staffed by volunteers from our community.
Families with children enrolled in the Lake City Public School system who have been identified as having a need receive lunch at school. However, these families require additional food over the weekend.
