St. Patrick’s launches shoe drive
Now through April 30, St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in West Albany church is conducting a shoe drive.
St. Patrick’s will earn funds based on the total weight of the shoes collected from Funds2Orgs, which will purchase all of the donated footwear. Those dollars will benefit St. Patrick’s. Anyone can help by donating gently worn, used or new shoes at St. Patrick church hall.
All donated shoes will then be redistributed throughout the Funds2Orgs network of micro-enterprise partners in developing nations.
